This is not a theory, it’s formed out of my experience and passion to then help those that are just like me. WIN is a weight-loss challenge that starts on the first Monday of the month and you do it alongside a community of other women just like you!

You sign up (like today, do it today)!

Getting started directions come straight to your email including links to get connected to other WIN-ners!

We will have a group video call every Sunday with your challenge group to answer any questions.

Each week you receive a new level of awesomeness to the challenge – including food lists and recipes.

You complete your homework each week and learn amazing new things along the way.

Daily accountability with Amber Valentine through morning weigh-ins – you don’t even have to leave your house!
